Can't access site to edit
Hi There
I tried to access the backend of the website https://ians4x4.weebly.com/ I have the correct user and password and somehow my facebook got connected ... when I'm in the backend there is no website to edit.
Please help.

Thanks for posting, @DesignAsite. Can you try logging in again? It should let you log in with the email address and password now.

I have been asked to edit a friend's site, on Weebly, and though I was given the user name and pw, I cannot get to the admin dashboard. The site is mcclure4hair.com, and I can't log in directly, or using mclure4hair.weebly.com. I thought since this question is similar to the original post, I should just ask here. Thanks, Steve

Thanks for posting, @styve61. If you don't see the site in the account, it sounds like the site owner might have more than one account and gave you the email address for the other one. I would check with the site owner to see if they changed the email address on the account or can give you the correct email.

Thanks for getting back so quickly! I can't get into the account, even, and the user name is tairowlette@gmail.com. I have a password, but something is not getting beyond the log in page. Is there a reason a Weebly user cannot share user name and pw?

That's the correct email, and there's really no reason more than one person can't log into the same account. Sometimes it's easier if the account owner just invites your own account as an administrator, though, so you can just log into your own account. To do that, the site owner goes to Settings > Editors and uses your email address to invite you to edit.

Hi,
Been trying to access my clients site https://www.chefashleyshep.com/ and was granted with administrator rights but once i login im only redirected to my own account. I had previously edited the site but now I couldn't.

I'm sorry to hear. The bug has not been closed as resolved and is still in verification meaning the engineers are still troubleshooting. I'm hoping we'll have an update soon, though, considering how high of a priority the bug is.

I asked my colleague for the same client to login to the weebly account and she was redirected to the client's page but mine is still redirected to my personal site. I think it is some rights or access related issue that my client should grant me? Any idea what could it be? Thanks

Can you have the person who invited you give you the invite link again (assuming that it doesn't say that you've accepted it)? I think it will work if you use the invite link again.
