H1 tag code

Hi,

Is anyone able to provide a H1 tag html or CSS code to use inside the Theme>Edit HTML/CSS? (I'm using the Wag & Paws - Unite 2 template by the way.)

I've used the H1 tag extension from Weebly Tricks but the font size can only go up to 50. I've tried minimizing my subheadline but the font size doesn't seem to change a lot. It gets a little confusing when I view my website on mobile.

I've tried using the Embed Code. It looks ok when I test it in W3school but in Weebly, the top part seems "eaten". I've attached a screenshot below:

It seems like the line-height isn't large enough to accomodate the font size. W3Schools should have something on the CSS line-height property that should help, @Lace.

Line height may be an issue, you can try out with different font family to solve it easily

After at least a million hours spent on this I've finally found a solution to the lack of H1 tags. I'm going to explain the process in detail to possibly save someone else new to coding some of the hours I spent. Others have suggested what I did, but I'm hoping that putting it all together will help:

1.  First, I installed the free H1 Tag app and created new headings with it for each page, plugging in the information from my theme. 
2. The H1 Tag app doesn't work with blog posts because Weebly insists on leaving the post title there as a duplicate, and if you delete it, Weebly will insert a date there instead. So for blog posts, I changed the H2 header to H1 as has been suggested by others here: In the editor, click on Theme and then on the left, Edit HTML/CSS, then scroll down to Partials, then Blog, and then make the change in the post.tpl file. 

3. After doing that, my blog post titles didn't match the font or color of my theme, so I adapted someone's suggestion here and inserted this code in that same file:

Note that the font family and color will differ for you, and I had to fool around to get the font size the way I wanted it. Good luck!
