H1 tags and metadescriptions re: individual blog posts

I'm using Moz to go over my site and figure out SEO.

I've just crawled the site and one major issue I'm facing is adding H1 tags and metadecriptions to individual blog posts. I can't find a way to do that, and there's not been any recent discussion regarding the issue.

Is this possible?

The meta-description box is found at POST OPTIONS>ADVANCED>SEO POST DESCRIPTION.
