Using the 'Column lock' app for images - not working!

Hi,

I'm pretty sure I'm not a dumbass, but the Column Lock app doesnt seem to be working for my website?

I've watched the tutorial several times, places the 'column lock' app in several ways on the page (once under the row of 3 images, again under each image, again above and below) but it doesnt seem to change the mobile view at all.

The issue is that the 3 images in a row on this page http://www.dianabooty.com/retreats.html move on mobile. The final image shunts downwards under the other two. Can anyone help? I've checked whether the theme is responsive - it is.

I've also checked the site once published online (mobile) and on an actual mobile.

Thanks!

Diana

Hi @DBPT I'm having a hard time getting to your site on mobile. It looks like there may be a conflicting IP address setup.... can you please log into your domain registrar and delete the a-record pointing to 94.136.40.51 Updating the dns can take 24-48 hours to push through, but once that is done we should be able to get a better idea of what is going on.

Strange. I've deleted those now so let me know whether you can see it now?

Thanks

Thanks so much. Any luck on understanding what might be wrong?

Keen to get it sorted ASAP as it looks awful on mobile.

Oh, no! I'm really sorry @DBPT. It was not intentional to miss the reply to you. It looks like you are using the Gallery element for your images and it doesn't look like the column lock will work properly. If you switch to using the singe image element you will be able to display the images side by side. Although, they will be very tiny and maybe not the best user experience. If you log into the editor and click Pages you will see I've added a hidden copy page to show you what it would look like with the individual image elements. Click on the little monitor icon to switch the view to mobile.
