What app would i use for a form?

I want a form where customers adds their details then they can download a pdf - what app would i use

Hi @DeLuxeRV You can actually do this with the contact form option in the builder. After you drag/drop the form onto the page and edit the fields, click on Form Options. Then click "confirmation" and switch to the Link option. You can choose to link to a (hidden) Standard page and can include the file download on the page.
