I need to downgrade please

Hello,

I no longer need my Business site, but I want Weebly to continue hosting my domain.

Can this be downgraded to free as I've connected my domain to an external site.
This should not cause any disruptions to the external connection, should it?

Since your domain is pointed elsewhere it won't have any effect on that. I've gone ahead and removed the service for you and credited your account for the time remaining. If you choose to upgrade a site in the future that credit will be applied to that to reduce the cost.

Hi @leaS. I've removed the business plan for you and have added $62.78 in credit to the account. You can use this credit to apply towards the Pro plan. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Yes, the amount your account was credited will reduce the cost of your upgrade by that amount.

Thanks Adam but there now seems to be an issue. It seems I have been downgraded to starter becasue now I have that blue pop up weebly ad at the bottom. I was paying for business and wanted to downgrad to pro.

I must admit I did get a little upset by this when submitting a ticket to weebly. I thought that they had downgraded me to pro but added that weebly ad so until I had a think about what must have happened, I now see it's in the starter for the weebly ad. Can you please rectify this.

Adam, No need now. I've been speaking with weebly via the ticket option.

I honestly didn't understand what was happening. I thought a downgrade would have just gone to the next lower level and not all the way back to whatever I'm at now. 

I couldn't see anything in my account to tell me what plan I was actually on, so considering I don't actually work there and know how things work I was getting confused about what was going on.

I'll sort it now.
