I purchased a 5$ product to transfer my domain, and I only realised after that weebly does not allow .co.za ,is there any way I could refund that and take the 29.95 option?

I'm not sure what you're looking to do exactly. I see that you have the monthly Connect plan which you'll need in order to use any custom domain name as the address of the website. I also see that you registered a .com domain name through us. Were you looking to cancel one of those?
