Hi, can anyone advise how to get a refund on the Connect plan? I've had it for a few days and didn't realise it had a VERY annoying pop up ad in the footer. It looks so unprofessional.
Not a problem, @2424. I've refunded the charge for you and removed the service. Just so you know, any plans of a higher level than Connect include the option to remove that from the footer.
