I need a refund

I purchased a $29 a month plan along with the year domain for 12 bucks as well, but Facebook makes it impossible to get approved for a Instagram shopping. So I'd like a refund for both of charges above please

It is definitely not easy to get approved if it is not done 100% perfect the first time. I tried to help my mom with it for months before we finally gave up. 

Did you make sure your account was switched to business first? Did you have any previous stores connected to your Facebook business profile? 

I'm happy to help you out with the refund if you want, but we can also try to help you out with the Insta issue if you want to try. Full preface, it can be a little difficult for us to troubleshoot since we do not have direct access to your social media accounts.
