Free hosting plan and Embedded videos

Hello, I would like to add some videos to my website. As I understand there is a storage limit for the free plan which is 500 mb and a file size limit which is 10 mb per file. But what about embedded videos? If I have a video that is 600 mb on vimeo and I embed it on my website? Would that be possible? Also, would the HD option in vimeo be available? Thank you in advance!

Since the file is hosted elsewhere, there wouldn't be a limit on the size of the file included through the Embed Code element.
