How do I downgrade to free from business plan?

My current website http://pa-ar.weebly.com/ is still listed as a business plan even though I removed all features and stopped the business plan subscription. I got a message today saying it will be unpublished and is overdue even though the subscription has been stopped. how do I downgrade to free? I thought stopping the subscription and removing features is how but it hasn't updated and now is saying it will be unpublished. many people rely on my website for information I would hate for their service to be interrupted. can someone mod/Weebly staff help me here?.

I’m also trying to figure out how to downgrade to the free plan. All the solutions are just an admin changing the plan on behalf of the inquirer. Where can I go to chose the free plan? I currently have the $14/month business plan. Thanks!

I also want to downgrade from Performance to Professional. I went to My Services and there's not a cancel option. There isn't a buy option either. I paid for 30 days which expire on May 19. Do I have to wait until then before I can sign up for a new plan? Will I see all options then? Or just the extend and updgrade?

I looked at so many replies to this question and not once was a solution provided besides having to ask for someone here to do it for you. You guys definitely don't make it easy for people to manage their accounts.

Hi @ChrisG I removed the Business plan for you so that you can use the free plan. Please keep in mind you may need to upgrade back to a paid hosting plan in order to keep the site published to a custom domain. I've also added the remaining credit from the Business plan ($20.14) to the account. The credit will automatically apply to future hosting upgrades.

Thanks for your post, @cvierret. You'll need to change your site address to a free subdomain in order to publish again. If you have trouble doing that let me know and I can revert your site to a free subdomain for you.
