Hello @AbdooElhamdaoui I am sorry you are having issues with your website editor. I am happy to see if I can get to the bottom of this. Please keep in mind we cannot discuss account-specific information publicly through The Seller Community so we might have to refer you directly to Square Online, 1-855-700-6000 squ.re/contactsqsupport. But if I can get your URL I am happy to see take a deeper dive.

Thanks for reaching out, @I-Guadeloupe I'm sorry to hear you are also having trouble editing your website!

It seems to be caused by an issue with the theme you were using. Do you happen to recall the theme name you chose when setting up the site? I can try to see if there is a known issue or bug with that particular theme.

The work around for now is to assign a new theme to your website from within the site editor. Log into the editor then click Theme > Change Theme. You can preview the theme before applying it to your site.

Note: All of your content will be available once you set a new theme, however, you will need to redo the header section of each page. If you do not wish to use the header section you can turn if off by clicking on Pages, then the page name on the left. You will see a dropdown for Header and selecting No Header will remove that section. Please make sure to re-publish the site once you are through editing the new theme.

Here is a screenshot of what the site would look like with the Cento theme:

Please let us know if you have trouble setting a new theme, or have any other questions.

I'd like to thank you, the editor is back to normal and website currently published.

The older themes are no longer available the message is: "None of these themes are responsive" mine had a brown background I don't remember the name.

Also it's painful to have to change each and every pages' header, I would like to select " NO header" for all of them. Is it possible ?

You're welcome, @I-Guadeloupe 😊

Unfortunately, it is not possible to bulk edit the headers on each page to no header, however, you can edit the header for one page, then bulk apply to all of your pages. This way the content is relevant to your website. You can then work through manually setting each page to no header at your leisure.

Click on the header section, then click Edit Background at the bottom of the header section. You can use an image, or select a background color. Once you have selected an option, click on Advanced at the bottom of the Edit Background popup, then click Save to more pages > Select All.

Hope this helps! 😊
