Email Notification showing wrong Time

I'm having an issue with the email notifications being sent to our clients where the given appointment time zone does not match with the business location's time zone. Example, client's email shows appointment time is in UTC while business location's time zone is in MDT. I'm unable to find the setting to fix this.

Hello Robyn,

 

I already have "Lock booking timezone to business location timezone" turned on but some email notifications still show a different timezone. Is there other options in the Communications settings to fix this?

Hmm, that does sound unusual. We don't have any other settings besides the ones listed in the articles above.

 

Do you happen to have a screenshot of this occurring so I can investigate further?

Apologies for the delay in getting back to you on this @CBFY-Hazel.

 

Could I just confirm that you have checked if there is a time zone specified for this customer within their Customer Profile on your Dashboard?

 

Customer notification are sent according to the timezone displayed in their profile, instead of your business location timezone, if the two timezones don't match. So, this is always worth checking if you see any discrepancies. 

 

You can view this from the Personal Information section of their profile within your Customer Directory.
