Cart is broken

I'm new to square and am only offering shipping in Canada.

If I "change countries" to the US or anywhere else, click on state, and then try to make it go back to Canada. The provinces won't revert back to Canada and so I can't complete a checkout. Its stuck until I try to clear my cache.

Is anyone else experiencing this problem? How to fix?
