why are external links not working on my square online store?

Hi everyone,

I’ve been having an issue with external links on my Square Online Store. Specifically, I added a link to the official scarlet repos, but it doesn’t seem to be working properly. When customers click on it, they either get an error or the page doesn’t load.

Has anyone else experienced this issue with external links on Square? If so, how did you resolve it?

Hello @raven445 ! Welcome to the Seller Community!

I went to your page and was clicking around, and it looks like the majority of your links are working. The only one that I see was a problem was the Direct Install link, which may have been triggered since I am on a Windows desktop computer right now.

The only reason I've found for external links to not work would be if the "https:// " part is omitted when inputting the address. Without it the web browser thinks the page it needs is on the same server.

If I missed a link, please let us know which one so we can troubleshoot further!
