Hello!
My organization is trying to sell cookies through an online checkout link.
When I try and select an option from the checkout link, both say "Out of Stock". However, I have turned all stock tracking options off, so there should be no way for the item to actually be out of stock. Additionally, I have no other error messages marked in red, only at the item variation level.
Is there any way to resolve this issue?

Something to verify:
* Login to your Square Account Dashboard
* Click on "Online"
* Click on "Items"
* Select an Item (to edit or change)
* Scroll down to "Visibility"
* Ensure item is "Visible" - not "Unavailable"
* Save and Republish your site to ensure that changes are sent out.
Also, refresh your web browser before checking your site again (delete your browser's history, temp files, cache, etc., close the browser, reopen it and try your site again).
As no one here can look at your Account setup, if the issue still exists then contacting Customer or Tech Support would be your next step as they have the ability to check things out.

I had the same issue. Some items themselves said out of stock, and just now all but the first option showed as out of stock in the dropdown. I tried a lot of things that didn't work (following articles here). The only thing that worked was to go into one of the items with the issue in the item editor (item library - click the item). Top right, select duplicate. It'll make a copy of the item except no items in stock, all 0, and the title of the duplicated item is the same title with a (1). Scroll down to the options where they all say 0 for how many are in stock. Click the 0, receive stock and change the 0 to a 1 or however many you have, and do that for all the options. Save. It now will show in your web store online with all the options as normal and no '(out of stock)' in the options drop down for the duplicated item. (At least, it did for me.) If it does indeed work, then keep the duplicate and delete the original item, and get rid of the (1) in the title for your duplicate. It seems to me that sometimes there's some weird glitch in how the item saves in the Square server and I have no idea what goes wrong, but it seems to be buggy or maybe a wifi blip happens as you save, and certain things won't update with that item. I also noticed deleting and uploading a new picture never updated, though description changes do update. It's weird. But hey I found a solution, at least for me!
