passcode reset

An old passcode continues to allow access after resetting and I cannot find it within the team members permissions to disable it.

Hi @ChefHorn - thanks for reaching out!

 

If an old passcode is still giving you access into the POS but your're not seeing it on the Team Members permission list, it's possible that it may be listed as the main 'Owner Passcode' in your account level Settings. To check: 

 

  • Log into your account via the Online Dashboard > Select "Account & Settings" > Personal information > Owner Passcode

The owner passcode can be changed at any time from this screen. However, If you follow these steps to change and the issue persists, we recommend reaching out to our Support Team for further troubleshooting.
