Hey @paigenicole0920,
SSL certificates (the encrypted blocks of code used to secure a site) have expiry dates where they must be renewed - while Square will try their best to do this seamlessly, sometimes they will bump into trouble delaying it, this insecurity should never last any longer than 72hrs, this happens all over the web and is not exclusive to Square. (This scenario is rare and only occurs for a limited count of Square's customers)
If this is a new domain it will take up-to 72hrs to secure the site, once secured, this incident shouldn't return and you'll be all set to get selling! : )

Caches.
The SSL certificate is cached so it will just load a version of the website that your browser saved, you can clear these with `CTRL + F5`
Hope this could help!

Hi @paigenicole0920 👋
I believe a hard refresh on MacBook is Shift + Command + R
Another trick I know of is to unpublish your website, then republish. This should trigger the SSL to regenerate in case it is stuck renewing on the backend.
