Why is my square register making noises?

My Square Register is making a weird noise about 3 times an hour.

Hey @Snacktown - That's strange. Is it the hardware itself that is making a noise (e.g. loud fan or grinding noises) or is the sound coming from the software (e.g. beeping)? Do you mind sharing with us a recording or video of what sound you're hearing?
