Although Square integrates with Quickbooks, the integration is operated and managed by Quickbooks. For help with Quickbooks-specific questions, you’ll need to submit a ticket to their Support Team.
If you are an existing QuickBooks Online customer, you can find answers to commonly asked questions by searching “Square” in the in-product help section. You can also speak to a Quickbooks representative from 9am – 8pm ET, Monday through Friday, by calling 1-877-772-9158.

- For service in French, press 2
You can also read about frequently asked question with the QuickBooks Online and Square integration.
Because QuickBooks features and services are managed by them directly, you’ll need to work with QuickBooks support until the issue is resolved.
