Square reader has not come in

I ordered our Square reader online and received an email on 8/19/2016 saying that it will be here within 7 days and we still have not received it. How do I go about checking on the status?

I ordered a square card reader on August 29th

and the shipping indicates it will arrive Friday, september 9th,

I stll have not recived it.

You can check out this page on your Square dashboard online to see your reader order status: https://squareup.com/dashboard/account/order-status

 

If you are still having trouble, you can also pick one up at a retail store (www.squareup.com/retail). I hope this helps!

No! This does not HELP! It says it shipped on Aug 15. I already stated that I received an email saying that it shipped. It has not arrived! How do we check the tracking? If I go purchase one in the store, how will I get reimbursed, since your records say one was already shipped?

@AWSuser35, it definitely shouldn't take so long to get a reader to you, sorry about that. At this point, the fastest way to get a reader would probably be to go to a retail store. When you buy a reader, it'll come with a redemption code. You can enter the code here to get reimbursed.

Thanks for the info, although 3+ years old, it seems like you guys have consistent issues with readers arriving at their location.  I ordered mine on APR 20, 2019...was supposed to arrive April 27 and still not here on May 1.  Tracking is useless because it's been in the same status since april 26th as "In Transit".  

 

Looks like i will have to go buy one again and follow your instructions.  Seems like you are using DHL and they cannot seem to get it together.  Maybe use a different shipper?
