Square & DoorDash Integration - Doordash orders do not show up on square Ipad or print in Kitchen
Still trying to receive Doordash orders on my Square POS & print on kitchen printers for my restaurant. We have been trying to troubleshoot this for 3 weeks now and have not had any success. Doordash support sent test orders successfully to their DD tablet they provided but continually failed to appear on our Square Ipad and therefore not printed to our kitchen printer. Has anyone experienced this or can suggest a workaround / solution? WE NEED HELP!
We also have a square online store which receives square online orders and prints out just fine.
FAILED in attempts to:
1. Turning off DD tablet off to see if it would kick over to Sq Ipad
2. Ipad & Printer hard resets
3. Hardware setup - Enabling all online order/automatic print
4. Missing option on Square app: More>Order>Order Creation
5. Enabled on-demand delivery on Square (Is the merchant still liable to pay $1.50 even though Square is not facilitating the Doordash order? Doordash customers order directly through DD Site/app).
6. Updated square permissions on DoorDash Dashboard.

Hi @TrueburgerGrand,
If you're looking to receive orders directly from the DD Site and App you'll want to complete this setup in the DoorDash Merchant Portal. https://help.doordash.com/merchants/s/article/Integrating-with-your-Square-POS?language=en_US
Once the setup is completed the orders should show up in Square when they're received.
As far as On Demand Delivery that only applies if your customers order through Square Online when you have that enabled.

The integration is a bit confusing. Our restaurant is coded as 'Ballard Storefront' and our business is Cycle Dogs. Would 'Ballard Storefront' be enough for the requested 'integration code' - or is there a unique account ID for our business that I must can't find in our account settings?
Kaya at Cycle Dogs.

It seems that in your case the DoorDash integration is picking up your Location Nickname. This can be adjusted from your Location Settings to have it reflect Cycle Dogs if you'd like to @cycledogs.
