I purchased a square register from Sam’s Club. It came in. I hooked everything up as directed, and it appears the power adapter is dead on arrival in some form. Not sure if I’m doing something wrong. Has anyone had this issue?
Does any of the square logos on the power supply light up?
I’ve also tried powering up the USB hub to see if it’s powering phones or other USB devices and it is not.

You can first check with Sam's Club to see what their return process is. If they tell you that you need to contact Square - you need to go through Tech Support first for approval before you can submit a warranty claim. The claim process can be done via your Square Account.
