Square Credit Card

I have a square credit card and this is the second time this has happened.  I was under the impression that in order to avoid interest each month you could pay your full statement balance which I have been doing.  A couple months ago the app and the website had conflicted info and it has happened again this month.  The app has me automatically paying the statement balance but the website has me automatically paying the statement balance plus $500 I had spent at the beginning of the month.  I have contacted square but they have not been very helpful.

Any word on this?  I have not heard back from Square despite numerous messages.  I received an email tonite of the amount due on 6/6 which is NOT the statement balance.

I think I figured out the issue.  On the statement there is a payment on 5/9 that says pending even though it is not pending.  How can I speak to someone at Square prior to this auto pay on 6/6?
