Socket Mobil Bluetooth scanner S700

Anyone having trouble with the socket mobil bluetooth scanner.?I ordered it through Square. It is less than one year old and it suddenly quit working. I tried factory reset, new batteries, resetting the batteries. It will not work no matter what I do.

@dwilhelm Couple things I would try:

1.  Make sure the square app is up to date and the android/iOS version is also fully updated.

2. Try the scanner on another device with the point of sale to rule out anything else that might be interfering.

If all that fails, I would check the amazon as I have bought several scanners there very affordable, but I usually go with the zebra wired one for durability and reliability.  Some of the hardware that is sold and supported by square is still third party and square just resells the stuff.  Square is really good on anything that is Square manufactured supporting faulty stuff.
