Hey there TiffanyC,
When we sell an item to someone, we have already setup how our items will be shipped so the customer and/or buyer has the same info we have.
EXAMPLE: We simply use USPS Priority Mail as this method is most common for most scenarios. We get tracking info when the PO accepts our package - from there we send the same details to our customers and/or buyers - they can then track the same details as we can. Bottom line - simple ... yes.
Just our thoughts of course and others here may have a different approach ....

You can look through Squares Integrations to see what works with Square as an Integration here:
https://squareup.com/us/en/app-marketplace/category/delivery-and-orders
Or look up a shipping service and see if they integrate with Square for ease of use.
Like here with Shipstations Partners:
https://www.shipstation.com/partners/?integrations=carts
This all depends on who you want to use as a shipping partner and how much or little integrations you want. With more ease of use, comes more costs usually. When you use copy and paste of addresses and customers data there are more chances of mistakes.
So I would check which companies integrate with Square Online or which Shipping companies like Shipstation can integrate with Square Online.
There are other companies like Shippo, Easyship, Shippingeasy..... and the list goes on.
So do some research to see which company you would like to use to help with Shipping, what works for me may not work well for you and your business.
I have been using Pirateship but there is no integration and they do not use Fedex just UPS and USPS.

Hi @Tiffany - Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Square Seller Community👋
You asked at a good time! We actually have a new feature launching tomorrow ✨ Through the Shipment page in your Square Dashboard, you'll be able to manage shipping for orders placed through Square Online, Square Point of Sale, and Square for Retail. (You won't be able to see this page just yet since this won't go live until tomorrow). You can learn more about managing shipments in our Support Center.
I hope this information is helpful but please do let me know if you have any additional questions.
cc: @JK_Fiber_Art @Candlestore for visibility on the upcoming feature 🙂

Hi @TiffanyC I think some of the replies are related to shipping but as I understand it your question is related to a package of goods or services, like a package of 5 massages paid upfront.
Square does not have a built in feature to manage this.
I founded a company called Submatic and our Square integration allows you to sell and manage packages or memberships. You can check out our Square app marketplace listing here https://squareup.com/us/en/app-marketplace/app/submatic or visit our website at submatic.io
Thanks
