In the "Account Setting" under home the tab "Sign in security" I want to update my phone number. My old number is NO longer valid so it keeps asking me to send a test to very it is me. How can I change this phone number since I can no longer use my old number to very it?
The same is for the email. I would like to add a recovery email but it keeps sending a recovery verification code to my old number which I no longer use.
I have changed my number a while back in my "business settings" however for recovery there is no way to do this.

In this case, you will want to reach out to our Phone Support Team so they can assist you with removing the 2-Step Verification number so that you can add a new one. Keep in mind that this action requires account ownership verification which will be completed on the same call.
Our team can be reached at 855-700-6000 between 6 am - 6 pm Pacific Time Monday-Friday. If you call outside of these hours, you will be required to enter your Customer Code to validate your account.
