My square customer display keeps restarting

I purchased a square register. Everything was working fine till today, the square customer display keeps restarting. I have reset the register to facotry setting, I have tried different usb port on the register as there is only two at the bottom of it. I have logged out and logged back into my account without any luck. 

 

Please advise

Hi @Livon, sorry to hear about this issue. Can you try docking the display to the Register to see if the issue persists? 

 

I also recommend turning off the Register and turning it back on again (rather than doing a factory reset) to see if this helps. Do you keep the Register on all the time? Turning it off at the end of each day should help too.

 

If the customer display keeps restarting when it's docked, or undocked, please call our CS team so we can take a closer look for you and make sure this is resolved.

@Livon If you haven't already do call our CS team. They'll be able to investigate this further with our engineering team, and help you with the steps to warranty your Register (as a final resort!). Thanks again for your patience with this.
