Items with 0 inventory are still selling online!

Over the past fews weeks we had at least 2-3 orders every week for items we haven’t had in stock for months. I’ve started deleting old items just so it doesn’t happen with those items at least. But we still have issue that we randomly get orders in, yet the inventory is set on 0. And it’s not because something got cancelled and put back in, I double checked several times. Somewhere there is glitch...!

HI, do you have Track Stock turned on?

--- means Unlimited Inventory

Sold Out means 0 inventory

To track stock, click the --- for popup, turn on Track Stock, select Inventory Recount, enter 0.
