Items disappearing after updating stock

Good Evening Square Community,

I'm having an issue with adding items on my website. Once I add a new item to my site it'll save and I'm able to see it on my store. When I go back to update the stock on that new item I just added it then removes the item from my website but I'm still able to see it and manage it on my square app. Any thoughts?
