I accidentally and partially issue a refund of a cash payment. Is it possible to cancel it?

Hey @Croquetterie! Sorry to hear about the trouble. Once a refund is initiated you won't be able to cancel it. Since it's cash transaction you could just make another sale for the refunded amount so your reports are accurate!
