How can I fix out-of-stock issues after syncing Square with Meta and manage item modifiers?

I got my Meta store hooked up to my square store and multiple issues popped up.

One was it didn't like my non-inventoried items so I attempted to do a bulk export, edit the quantity, then bulk import. 
Now all of my items on my square store show as out of stock and the items never sync'd over to meta (which I'm reading is an ongoing issue).

I checked my site items for quantity on hand and it all shows "99" but still showing out of stock on the site. 
Not sure where to go from here with this issue.

The other issue is that sync doesn't work with item Modifiers so I now have to switch everything to Options and create variants. Is there an easier way to do this? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Update: I guess it took some type to sync over but the quantities and variants are now showing in my Facebook shop and the website is no longer showing as out of stock.

 

Any idea how long each of these sync's take (item updates to square site / item updates to meta shops)?

Type a product name
