Help! Event ticket "Not Available" first view on any device only?
Hello, I have found some kind of glitch having to do with Event Tickets I built to one of the fundraiser pages for our band booster club.
When you visit the page for the first time and click on "shop now" for one of 2 types of tickets, the next screen shows it as "Not Available." (see attachment "first error.")

If you click out of it and try again, then it comes up as "Attend." (see attachment "then fine")
Then fine
This only happens the first time you visit the site and to recreate the error you have to clear your cookies.
I have checked all the suggestions from troubleshooting for items marked not available to make sure my settings are correct and they look right. I am fairly certain of this as again it is only the first time you visit the page that there seems to be a problem.
I also tried deleting one of the tickets and rebuilding it but still have the same problem.
I am building the tickets directly in the square.online site items page. I did try building in the Library first on the dashboard and then adding to site, but it would not allow me to make an "Event" type item visible because I did not enable pickup for the location used on this particular page. (see attachment "issue adding from library")
This was not a problem when I built the item directly in the square.online site items page.

HI, thank you for the link, checked in Safari and Chrome and error does appear stated.
Initial click of the Shop Now button for 12 & Under does perform correctly.
Double check your settings for the Shop Now button linking to the Adult ticket.

Hi Goldneye, Thank you for your response. I have rechecked all the settings and everything is set up the same for both items. Again it only happens the first time someone looks at 1 of the 2 tickets to buy. After that both are fine. So, if a customer looks at Adult Admission first, they get the "Not Available," but if they try again, or try the 12 & Under after that it's fine. However, if a customer first tries to purchase a 12 & Under ticket they get "Not Available," on that one instead, but then the Adult will be fine and so will the 12 & Under if you try again. And, again, the only way to see this/recreate the error is to exit the site and clear cookies before going back and trying it again.
I did find that while I am in the first ticket with the "Not Available," message, refreshing the browser also clears the error so for now I have a note for customers. I believe this shows it is some kind of host error and I would think the error needs to be addressed by Square to prevent frustration in the future.
