Like many, I disconnected my square register from the internet during yesterday's outage so I could accept offline payments. Now that square is back up, I have re-connected to the wifi, but the offline transactions are not posting. Is there any way to manually force each transaction to upload?

Hi @Cataumetfish. I’m checking to see if you are still having this issue. It looks like the things were still coming fully back up when you posted this. I just recently (in the last 30 minutes) saw all of my offline transactions process and appear in my transaction history online. You may have just been in line with the thousands of others in the same boat.

I have charges still processing from yesterday's outage. I have not logged out of square, yet none of them seem to be going through even though we are connected to the internet. What do I do? Will I just lose the funds? I have screen shots from 2 devices showing processing.

same boat. asked service in chat (they don’t pick up phone even though regular business hours) and they could not assure us that the charges would not simply fall off and disappear.
