Firmware wont update

I have been trying to use my contactless reader all day but it says it needs to do a firmware update...this will not work and i have reset my phone, blue tooth, wifi, everything it says to do and it still wont connect to my phone to accept payments!

See if resetting the reader by holding the power button for about 30 second fixes the issue.
