Failed to Sync ERROR: CBS
Hi All,
We are getting this error on all our Apple devices including our Square Register, Ipad and Mobile phone. The android phone we have seems to have is working ok but we don't trade with our phones.
We are totally locked out of our devices at this point as Square wont load.
Has anyone had this before and had a resolution.
Customer Service has been fairly clueless having gone around in circles 6 times with factory resets and now they want to send me new Registers but it is clearly a software issue as it is effecting all devices.

@James26 sorry to hear you woes there, when things go wrong they can be so painful and frustrating. We use the Ipad POS, Square Register and Terminal and have not come across an issue like the one you describe. It sounds like it's account related not hardaware as you are seeing this issue on multiple devices. If they have tried everything at the customer service level it might we worth acceptiing the new Register to see if this get you back on and operational at least with the Register, but I don't think this won't ressolve the problem on your over devices.
The only issue we had was the loyalty package we signed up to seemed to vanish for a good few monsths so we couldnt access on the register, but this did return evenually probably as a sofware upgrade on the Register sorted the issue out.
