Error Processing Payment
My square account has been showing "Error processing payment" to my customers after my first payment. Why are customers seeing this error when they confirm their payment details are correct? Anything wrong with my account? When i send them invoice to pay it shows same Error and when they use my checkout link it also shows error. help me

Hi @denochef! Welcome to the Community.
It sounds like you might just be getting declines. It'd be best to have the customer contact their bank or card issuer to see why their payments are being declined and to not try to run the declined payments over and over again.
If you continue having this issue- I'd recommend reaching out to our direct CS team who can look at your account with you since we can't assist with account specifics here on the Seller Community.

You can also call them if you select > More > I Don't See My Issue through the contact link we sent. It'll show you our phone number and your customer code as long as you're logged in.
