@JoeGo1 I don't use the Square register, but thought I might offer a couple of suggestions.
1. Have you tried connecting the printer to the hub and see if it will work that way. (Just to make sure the printers are working correctly)
2. Have you checked to see if there is a firmware update for the printer. Below is a link to the firmware page, the iOS and Android firmware is at the bottom.
