Delivery fee not automatically being added

I have distance-based delivery fees set in my fulfillment section, but it is not automatically adding the fees upon checkout. I don't know what step I might be missing.

We can take a look at this for you and see why those fees are not being added. Can you please provide the link tied to your Square Online account so we can investigate?

Hi @frostedbakery 👋 Stepping in for @Ellie_ since she is not in the office. 

 

The link you posted is perfect, and thank you. I took a look at your settings, and it doesn't look like you have your address setup properly. I'm actually surprised that the system allowed you to save your address (without the street number/name) and did not prompt you that there was an error. 🤔 I'll make sure to bring this up with the eCommerce team. 

 

To fix the error, navigate to your Square Online dashboard, then select Fulfillment > Pickup & Delivery > Edit > Location Details 

 

Edit the address, and allow the auto-fulfillment to display the address as Google would display the format (you will see a dropdown list) then save the information. Once the correct address is set, the system can then determine if an address fits within the parameters that you have set for delivery. 

 

If you still do not see the fee, please let us know so we can run some more tests.
