Customer review links are not working and nowhere on site for customer to click and leave a review
I’ve been having this issue since we started. The emails are being sent but the customers are telling me that when they click the link it goes to a random page on my website or just an error page. Please help! Reviews are the only way we can really advertise

Hey there @Madskunk.. Could you contact one or more of those customers and have them forward the emails to you. I'd like to take a look at the links included in the emails, but you would need them available to you so I could have you paste those links here in this thread.

Just remember "Best answer" should be interpreted as "helpful," and nothing more. LOL. "Best" (ugh) answers help folks possibly find solutions to similar problems they are hoping to solve.
