Change stock ALERT settings without changing the TRACKING

I am trying to change my settings for stock alerts. I still want to TRACK my items but was trying to remove the alerts. It does not let me save such a change (it only lets me save it if I also remove the tracking). It worked in the past though. Any ideas?

You can track items and shut off alerts.

Click on the item (Desktop dashboard) and you will see this at the bottom of the screen.  In my case I am not tracking stock on this item.   Click on Low Stock Alert "None" in my case.  -->

You will get this pop up menu.  Just shut off Alerts.

Hi. Thank you for responding.

I am doing just that, which works fine. The next step is to 'SAVE' the changes....it only gives me the option to DELETE them, the 'save' button is next to it, but in light and you can't click it.

So I'm back to square one

Okay so that means that it doesn't think you have made any changes.  Don't hit delete, click the X on the left side.  Does it just close the window or does it ask if you want to save your changes.

This could be a browser issue, What browser are you using?

That might be the culprit - I've had issues with my browser.

Having the same issue and tried a different browser and it is still an issue.  Have you figured anything out?
