Background Image not resizing on mobile

Impossible to get the images to resize right in the mobile version.  There is literally no suggestion to let us know what sizes to upload for each section that allows images.  

I read alot of the others trying to figure the image sizing out and none of the suggestions work.

You should put the required sizes on each section image for it to work on mobile devices. Really guys shouldn't be that hard to get done and would be helpful for paying customers.

Text-image layouts should have required sizes to fit mobile devices . I have been able to kind of make it work using 3000x480px centering images with in ~1240px. If this helps anyone.
