Hi Asitaaa,
Check your Profile Settings - when you login to your Community Account, click on your user name (top right), then Profile, then Subscription & Notifications, and then Notification Settings. If you've done this already and the issue still exists, then consider contacting Customer Support as they can review your settings - unfortunately that's something that cannot be done here. Also make sure that your email client is not tossing the Notifications into your Spam (it happens).
