App crashes while/after processing payment of any kind

*almost* every time I take or record a payment, whether it tap, inserted, credit, cash... whatever... the app crashes. I have followed every trouble shooting tip. I have replaced my reader twice... I have talked to customer service once but was not helped so I even replaced my phone to a brand new one... worked fine for 3 days and back crashing over and over. Help!

Hi there, @Sugarlips204 - thanks for taking the time to reaching out to us here on the Seller Community. This is very concerning, indeed. So sorry to hear that this issue is prolonged for you.

 

I'm curious, what specific phone were you using previously, and what phone did you switch to? 

Also, where specifically did you leave off with our Support Team? Did you speak to them by phone or email? What do you mean when you say you were not helped?

 

I will keep an eye out for your response.

I am having the same issue on my computer, any time I try to take a manual payment, when I click anywhere in the payment box, it closes.  There is absolutely no way to take a manual payment on the system since the last upgrage.  Has anyone contacted the helpdesk?  I troubleshooted with the AI and it said I would need to contact a help desk assistant.  When I went to do that, it directed me here? so frustrating
