Anyone experiancing issues with app on the POS terminal with regards to tips?

Over the weekend, tips functionality was not working properly. In settings the tips function would reset to remove the ability to collect tips. We were able to get the system to allow a customer to use the screen for applying tip to bill. However if POS signs out, the settings revert/default to "no tips". Staff is losing compensation and we will need to pay out of pocket.

There was an issue with this feature on Saturday, but our engineers were able to get this resolved.
