All of my items and transactions are no longer on the dashboard but still on my phone. Help!
How do I reload my dashboard with all of my previous items and transactions?

Are you sure the device that doesn't show your items/transactions is logged into the correct account? Even if it is, I'd recommend closing the program and browser, then rebooting your computer and logging into your (correct) account again. If the items and transactions are on your phone, they still exist in Square, so your data are safe. Also, what browser are you using? I've found that Square works best on Chrome.
