After entering variable items, Square won't save them and tells to refresh the page.
When I enter new variables for existing products, the save button sometimes does not appear and a message tells me to refresh the page. However I lose everything I just entered. Sometimes it works fine and variables are saved. It is happening more frequently. Glitch?

Hey there @sunnysidearts I am sorry you are having issues entering variable items.
I just want to ask some follow-up questions to better assist. Are you adding these registers on the Dashboard? Does this only happen with variable price items or when you assign a price to an item the same thing?

Hello, it is occurring on the Dashboard. I have used Square for a few years and this is a new occurrence. I am able to enter the item, assign a category and enter a few variables. But at some point the "save" button does not appear and I receive a message that tells me to refresh the page. Of course I lose all my new info. It also occurs if I have a list of variables, say, 20 or more, and I try to drag and drop an item in order to sort the list.
