I'm trying to schedule a class but it doesn't matter what I type into the address box, it cannot find it. I click to add manually and that doesn't work either! What's happening?
Also, can you use Square to book reoccurring events?

I noticed it's your first time writing in to the Square Community, @Shanagh—welcome! We're happy you're here. 🙂
I'd be happy to clarify some information about creating recurring events!
In short, yes, you can create recurring classes through Square Appointments if you're subscribed to the Plus or Premium plans. You’ll be able to set up your recurring classes by selecting the Set repetition option when creating the class, then choosing the frequency and dates. If you need help setting it up, check out our online guide for detailed steps on both one-time and recurring classes.
As for the issue with the address not being recognised, here are a few things to check:
1. Make sure the address is typed correctly, with the full street name and any appropriate abbreviations.
2. Try searching the address in Google Maps first to confirm it’s listed properly.
3. If you're manually entering the address and still running into issues, try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache.
If this doesn't resolve the issue, feel free to reach out with some screenshots (including any error messages), and we can look into it further.
Please note: I’m marking this as the "Best Answer" for now so other Sellers can easily find the troubleshooting steps. We'll make updates as needed based on any further responses.
