2 Way sync with Google Calendar

I am having trouble syncing with Google Calendar. If I add something to Google, it syncs over to Square. However, if I add something to Square, it does not sync to Google.

Try the troubleshooting steps below, they should be able to get you where you need to be:

  • Make sure that your browser is up to date.
  • Clear the cache on your browser. You can access the Help menu of your browser to locate step-by-step instructions on how to do this.
  • Refresh the page.
  • Switch to a different browser. We recommend Google Chrome.
  • Try syncing your calendar again by clicking Reset All Calendars from your Square Appointments dashboard. Then, try to relink your calendar.

Note: It may take up to 30 minutes for the calendar sync to complete.

 

Keep us updated on your progress! We want to make sure this gets solved for you.

I have just now tried that. I think what is going on, is that when the Square exports to Google, it exports as a sub calendar that the web can not see. I see it fin on my android Google Calendar.

I have been able to see my calendar for a long time now and it disappeared all of a sudden. I went through these steps again and now it wants to charge $29 a month for this feature. Is this real?!

Yep, same thing happened to me except I am using the IOS cloud calendar. I am independent music educator 

and paying an extra $29 a month just to have a "hard copy print" is not something I am going to do,

No longer able to sync Google Calendar without upgrading to plus. I've been using square for years, another company that doesn't value it's customers.
