Anyone having this issue with exchanges?
We are not able to run exchanges on the Square retail stand. This has been an issue for the past 2 weeks. Anyone else having this issue?

Ensure the app is up to date : Go to the App Store (or Google Play Store) and make sure you're running the latest version of the Square for Retail app.

Restart the Retail Stand : Power it down completely, wait about 30 seconds, and then turn it back on.

Check your internet connection : A weak or unstable connection can sometimes cause unexpected issues.

We are having the same issue. Did a restart fix the problem for you?

Unfortunately, nothing has seemed to fix the issue so far. We even did a hard reset and still doesn't work.
